Sidney Shutterbugs and SPAC

Sidney Shutterbugs sponsor a Club competition each Fall in conjunction with the Saanich Peninsula Arts and Crafts (SPAC) Society for its annual "Point of View" (POV) art challenge. This competition helps to kick-off our membership year each Fall. Our photographers submit potential images, then we vote for the Top Ten Qualifiers to present to the SPAC Society. Their artists then select one winning image, the Artists' Choice, to inspire their artistic creations over the Fall/Winter months. The Artists’ Choice image and the creations that it inspired are later gathered and displayed together in a fascinating art show the following Spring.
